Intopack sells caps division Closures4you
Further focus on injection moulded packaging for the food industry
In order to boost the focus on the production and sales of injection moulded packaging in Europe, Intopack has sold their caps division Closures4you to the Luxembourg-based company United Caps. ‘The sale of Closures4you is a strategic decision in which we like to continue our mission to be the European specialist for injection moulded packaging with a capacity of 100-2.500 ml for the food industry,’ says Managing Director Jeroen Langenberg.
On 31 March 2018, the transition from Closures4you’s customers to UNITED CAPS will be finalised. Closures4you’s employees will be added to the Intopack crew. To confirm the focus, Intopack (Oss-Netherlands) will invest in four new packaging products in their already extensive product range.
